About Christopher Shaw & Aeon Archer

How we got here—and why we do this work

Christopher Shaw & Aeon Archer work with founders, executives, and couples navigating burnout, relationship breakdown, addiction patterns, and major life transitions. Through private mentorship, couples intensives, and immersive retreat experiences—including plant/earth medicine and integration work—they help clients restore clarity, rebuild integrity, and realign their leadership, relationships, and lives.

Our Story

We didn’t start as a brand. We started as two men rebuilding our lives.
We met at a time when both were coming out of deep personal transformation—loss, identity shifts, relationship challenges, and the kind of internal work that forces you to confront what’s real.
There was nothing performative about it.
No image to maintain.

No role to play.
Just truth.

The Partnership

From the beginning, this wasn’t just a relationship.

It was a partnership built on:
  • honesty over comfort
  • responsibility over avoidance
  • growth over maintaining the past

We became mirrors for each other—calling out what was off, supporting what was real, and refusing to let the other stay in patterns that no longer worked.
Not perfectly. But consistently.

What Emerged

Over time, something became clear: The same work we were doing in our own lives was the work others were searching for.

Not more information.

Not more strategy.

But a place to:
  • deal with what’s actually happening
  • repair what’s breaking
  • reset direction
  • and come back into alignment

That’s what became ArcherShaw.

ArcherShaw Today

ArcherShaw is where founders, executives, leaders, and couples come when something in their life or relationship is no longer working.
It’s not built on theory.
It’s built on lived experience, professional training, and years of working with people navigating high-stakes personal and relational challenges.
The work is direct.
Private.
And designed for real change.

The ArcherShaw Temple

In 2025, that work took physical form with the creation of ArcherShaw Temple in Puerto Vallarta—a dedicated seasonal space for retreats, private work, and immersive experiences in the heart of Mexico.
Not as a concept.
As a place.
A space where people step out of their lives and finally deal with what they’ve been carrying.

What This Is (and Isn’t)

A Temple Built on Devotion, Service & Sacred Leadership

This is not a performance.
This is not spiritual entertainment.
This is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about resolving what’s not working so you can live, lead, and relate from a place that actually feels aligned.

Why we do this work

Because we’ve lived it.
Not the idea of love— the kind that requires honesty, repair, boundaries, and real accountability.
The kind that forces you to face what’s not working and either transform—or lose what matters.
We serve:
  • couples navigating truth, repair, and reconnection
  • leaders carrying pressure, responsibility, and hidden conflict
  • individuals who are ready to stop avoiding what’s real
Because we’ve been there.
And we know what it takes to come through it clean.

Our Mission

ArcherShaw exists for people who are ready to deal with what’s not working—internally, relationally, and in their leadership.
This includes:
  • repairing relationships
  • resolving internal conflict
  • restoring clarity and direction
  • leading from alignment instead of pressure

Everything we do—private work, immersions, and mentorship—is designed for one outcome:
👉 Real alignment in how you live, lead, and relate.

Temple Life: We Live What We Teach

This is not theoretical work.
It’s how we live.
We hold structure, discipline, and presence in our own lives—so when you step into this work, you’re stepping into something real.
No performance.

No persona.
Just a space where things are clear, direct, and grounded.

If something in your life is off...

You already know it.

Whether it’s your relationship, your leadership, or the way you’re carrying your life— the question isn’t whether it’s there.

The question is:

👉 Are you ready to deal with it?
