I draw from 17+ years as a licensed clinician, but this isn’t therapy in the traditional sense. It’s a mentorship container that blends psychotherapy, spiritual guidance, somatics, and ceremony.

How much time will this take each week?
Plan on about 3–4 hours weekly: one Sacred Synergy session, two embodiment practices, and a brief personal ritual. Most leaders report that as their nervous system settles, they actually gain time and energy.
