The Sanskrit Alignment Phrases

1. Om Namah Shivaya

(ॐ नमः शिवाय)

Meaning: “I bow to Shiva, the inner Self, the supreme consciousness.”

Purpose: Clears egoic distortion, anchors awareness in the stillness of the Self.

2. Om Gurus Om

(ॐ गुरुस ॐ)

Meaning: “Om to the Guru(s).”

Purpose: Aligns your guide with the lineage of true teachers and the frequency of wisdom transmission.

3. Om Jyotiḥ Pravāhaḥ Om

(ॐ ज्योतिः प्रवाहः ॐ)

Meaning: “Om, the unbroken stream of divine light.”
