These sessions are designed for those who are struggling with problematic sexual behaviors, sex addiction, compulsive behaviors, porn dependency, betrayal trauma, or deep shame around sexuality. They are a safe, consent-based, judgment-free space where you can explore your relationship with sex, intimacy, and embodiment — without pressure, without secrecy, and without physical contact of any kind.
