Cancellation Policy
🔷 ArcherShaw Booking Policy We hold this work — and the time and energy it requires — as sacred. Out of respect for the integrity of our field and for all who seek to work with us, we ask that you please review and honor the following policies when booking with us: 🌿 Scheduling & Confirmation All sessions, ceremonies, and consultations must be booked in advance through our website, by direct email confirmation, or text. Your time is reserved just for you. Please arrive on time and prepared. 🌿 Payment Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. For multi-day immersions or retreats, a deposit is required to secure your spot, with the balance due by the agreed-upon date. 🌿 Cancellation & Rescheduling We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session. — Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no additional charge. — Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session may result in a 50% cancellation fee. — No-shows or same-day cancellations (24 hours or less) will be charged in full. 🌿 Retreats & Immersions Deposits for retreats and multi-day immersions are non-refundable. If you cancel at least 30 days before the start date, your balance (minus deposit) can be applied to a future offering within one year. 🌿 Respect for the Field This work is not transactional — it is relational and sacred. Please come to your session or ceremony with openness, presence, and readiness. If at any time we feel the container is not in alignment, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel.
